BIGGEST ISSUE- STRESS
Stress is a very common problem in the society today. From childhood to maturity is the peak point when you are in stress, I mentioned this period because that’s the time when you start experiencing stress and slowly- slowly you get adapted to deal with it. By the time we reach maturity, we are strong enough to understand the situation and make a way out of it. But how to deal with stress when you are in the period of childhood to maturity? Let’s find out…
So, lets begin with Childhood, what sort of stress a child experience?
It can be as simple as any friend made fun of you or if any teacher scolded you
etc. can be a reason, we felt stressed during our childhood. Was not actually
stress but the effect which we had on our mind was not less than stress. As the
time passes we reach the teen age, the undertaker of all ages, seems funny to
listen but actually yes during the teen age, we experience life to a lot scale,
we learn how to behave in public, we undergo complete body development and lean
a lot. So, during this period stress level is high and our potential to deal
with it is comparatively less so that’s the time when we need a proper way to
deal with it as sometimes stress and make us feel depressed and we loose our
mind’s stability. There can me several reasons for a teenager to experience
stress for ex. Tension of being rejected by someone, tension of being failed in
exams etc. and generally we don’t like sharing our certain problem with our
parents and its fine because on certain level you yourself have to deal with
that particular problem.
So how to detain that stress? Its very easy, read the steps below:-
1)Keep Smiling:-
Doesn’t matter how much stress you feel,
never stop smiling you can read some jokes or watch some comedy show such as
The Kapil Sharma Show etc. when you smile, for a minute you fell totally
relaxed and that relaxation will help to you to make a way out of that problem
and hence your problem will be solved.
2) Be in touch with nature:-
Whenever you experience stress, find a place
in some park or well airy place to keep your mind fresh for the time you will
inhale fresh air, you will feel good and blood supply in your body will also be
good which will allow your brain to think and find a way out of problem.
3) Do the activities you love:-
Whenever you are experiencing stress, you
should do some activities you love to do such as if you love to write, you
should write (like I do) or you can have a ride across countryside in the
evening time on a lovely weekend, it will surely make you feel good.
4) Surround yourself with people you love:-
Being with the people you love will give a
lot of energy to deal with that situation and will feel you with a sense of
positivism. Trust me! It’s true.
If you follow these steps you will surely
have a good environment to think of the solution to that problem and will
definitely grow a bit stronger every time you overcome that stressful problem.
