MINDSET AND FUTURE

‘The Modern Era’ this term not only defines changing of time but also changing of mindset from primitive to a so called open mindedness is believed to be the path from Primitive to Modern mindset.

Modern mindset not defined by your living standards but by the quality of positive and open thoughts you have about Life.

Your perception about different issues tells weather your Mindset belongs to a Primitive or Modern mindset. People generally say that Modern mindset kills our culture or promotes foreign culture, but what I personally believe is that Modern mindset should be a condition where you enrich your culture by new and fresh quality of thoughts. For an example people who have a primitive mindset believes that their child should follow the same path they followed whereas a Modern and enriched Mindset believes that a Child should be taught about manners and parents should help them take their decision on their own so that they can express their self freely and can learn something new and bring innovation.

Primitive mindset kills inner talents and forces one to limit their thoughts which is fatal because if this mindset is not changed, the world would not improve because in order to change the environment, one must start changing itself first. If we allow your thoughts to enrich our self then only new ideas will arise but if we never let the ideas to evolve there will be no progress at all and progress is life.

If today we allow the young generation to follow their dreams help them choose their circle rather than choosing for them and letting them take their decisions than taking them yourself our generation can take the world to a imperial heights. Letting youngsters enrich their minds helps them to understand everything in a efficient way and makes their life happier but bound them to boundaries of Primitiveness will just make them disappointed for life.

Letting them free doesn’t mean letting them loiter in the City for late nights but to choose their career their circle in a efficient way with regard to the teachings and ethics thought to them. Explain youngsters about the family, struggles and everything so that their mind develops, give them good ethics and then just help them choose their future rather than bounding them.

Do not disappoint or mind

Life is a journey, you need to pass through several situations and rounds sometimes its good,  sometimes bad and the only thing which makes it good or bad is our point of view, yes our point of view defines our situation to be good or bad, if we bring out positive things from that situation, its good for us and if we bring out negativity and just regret about it all the times, its actually disastrous for us because if we continue to think about a bad thing, we get nothing rather than a bad mood or sometimes it even results in an mental disorder.

Whenever you are facing a bad time just remember, 'After every night there is a day' because pain is something which you stronger and stronger, so never think that you are unlucky or not blessed but always think that you learnt something because 'Everyday is teaching something new' the more you experience, the more you learn.

Sometimes there are certain situations where you feel like quitting especially when you score less in exams or lose some opportunity, at those certain situations just take a long breathe and think that maybe god had planned something much more better and grand for you so, don't think that you are unlucky just thank god for what you have.

Sometimes when you have a strong desire for something/ Someone and if it doesn't gets fulfilled, you feel depressed and sometimes a situation arises when you feel like giving up from life or 'suicide'. Yes its a very common feeling in everyone who face such situations and its obvious because once we get attached to someone or something, its very hard to get away and especially when the person matters a lot in your life. For once we can forgot about any sort of object/ other favorite thing we are fond of but forgetting a person is a challenge and you have to accept this challenge because 'Life is a journey not a destination'. Its also important to find someone with whom you can share all your feelings and the one who makes you feel special and that same person becomes your so called partner of journey called 'life'.

Next important point that comes under this topic is 'discover your calling'. Life always gives you a chance to go from looser to winner and the only thing you have to do is 'Act when its the time to' Many of us believe that destiny has planned everything for us, it might be true but destiny can only show you the road  and you have to walk on it yourself. Never miss a opportunity, god gives you just discover god's calling and act accordingly.

How To Deal With Stress

BIGGEST ISSUE- STRESS

Stress is a very common problem in the society today. From childhood to maturity is the peak point when you are in stress, I mentioned this period because that’s the time when you start experiencing stress and slowly- slowly you get adapted to deal with it. By the time we reach maturity, we are strong enough to understand the situation and make a way out of it. But how to deal with stress when you are in the period of childhood to maturity? Let’s find out…

So, lets begin with Childhood, what sort of stress a child experience? It can be as simple as any friend made fun of you or if any teacher scolded you etc. can be a reason, we felt stressed during our childhood. Was not actually stress but the effect which we had on our mind was not less than stress. As the time passes we reach the teen age, the undertaker of all ages, seems funny to listen but actually yes during the teen age, we experience life to a lot scale, we learn how to behave in public, we undergo complete body development and lean a lot. So, during this period stress level is high and our potential to deal with it is comparatively less so that’s the time when we need a proper way to deal with it as sometimes stress and make us feel depressed and we loose our mind’s stability. There can me several reasons for a teenager to experience stress for ex. Tension of being rejected by someone, tension of being failed in exams etc. and generally we don’t like sharing our certain problem with our parents and its fine because on certain level you yourself have to deal with that particular problem.

So how to detain that stress? Its very easy, read the steps below:-

     1)Keep Smiling:-

Doesn’t matter how much stress you feel, never stop smiling you can read some jokes or watch some comedy show such as The Kapil Sharma Show etc. when you smile, for a minute you fell totally relaxed and that relaxation will help to you to make a way out of that problem and hence your problem will be solved.

       2)  Be in touch with nature:-

Whenever you experience stress, find a place in some park or well airy place to keep your mind fresh for the time you will inhale fresh air, you will feel good and blood supply in your body will also be good which will allow your brain to think and find a way out of problem.

           3) Do the activities you love:-

Whenever you are experiencing stress, you should do some activities you love to do such as if you love to write, you should write (like I do) or you can have a ride across countryside in the evening time on a lovely weekend, it will surely make you feel good.

     4) Surround yourself with people you love:-

Being with the people you love will give a lot of energy to deal with that situation and will feel you with a sense of positivism. Trust me! It’s true.

If you follow these steps you will surely have a good environment to think of the solution to that problem and will definitely grow a bit stronger every time you overcome that stressful problem. As the time flies from black and white movies to HD movies with better audio, video quality. Now its the time to look foreword towards the new generation of acting, its slightly different from what we have now but the future stars are all awesome and especially they are the ones who are in more contact with their audience than any other film star. They are never the less our rising You Tube Stars. Yes its true that as we look foreword towards future stars, our mind sticks to the same. In India as well as all over the world the YouTube community has given a rise to several youngsters as well as others to show up their talent to the world without investing even a single penny and at the comfort of their home they can interact with their audience live as well as by replying to their comments. The You tubers have secured  worldwide image and created a another level of entertainment. Earlier people used to wait for several days to watch a movie as all the cinemas used to get full and slowly slowly the network of cinemas increased and now people can easily get the ticket for their favorite movies. But still people have to go to cinemas to watch  movies and it takes a long time to do so, then the concept of TV rose and people started watching TV, where they watched their favorite shows and movies but still as TV is stationary, we can’t carry it anywhere and content on TV is limited, on a particular time if you watch a comedy show you have to check weather any such show is being telecasted or not and if it is not, your mood gets spoiled.

After this the concept of YouTube rose and several people started showing their talents by making a small videos of and average duration of 10 to 15 minutes. You Tube has a variety of channels from Gaming to Technology, Vlogging to Comedy, which allows people to choose their favorite content according to their wish with a large availability of choices. People who watch You Tube don’t need to carry any special gadget such as TV, they can access their YouTube form their Smartphone itself, anytime and anywhere without making any special arrangement. People can watch their favorite creator while travelling to work or going outstation etc. YouTube is totally free and has a huge variety of content. YouTube has changed life of millions of people who create or watch Videos on YouTube despite their religion colour etc. which is the beat part of YouTube.
